Job Overview The Delivery Driver is responsible for safely transporting and delivering products to customers and company locations while ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and excellent service. This role includes loading and unloading orders, operating a box truck in compliance with all DOT regulations, and maintaining a strong safety record. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Load and assist with loading customer orders accurately and efficiently Operate a box truck to safely deliver products to customers and company locations Support warehouse operations when not performing driving duties Maintain a safe driving record and adhere to all traffic laws Perform daily vehicle inspections to identify maintenance needs Refuel vehicles as required Perform basic preventative maintenance, including checking and servicing oil, air, and fuel filters Ensure compliance with all DOT regulations and company safety policies Demonstrate a strong commitment to workplace safety at all times Complete additional duties as assigned Education and/or Experience High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required Prior forklift experience preferred Valid driver's license required Ability to work weekends and flexible hours as needed Strong teamwork skills with the ability to collaborate effectively Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Physical Requirements Ability to pass DOT medical examination Ability to lift up to 50-80 pounds on a regular basis Ability to work in varying weather conditions Work Environment In-person position Must be able to work long hours during in-season Must be able to reliably commute to assigned location Benefits Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance Life and AD&D Insurance Disability Insurance 401(k) with Company Match Paid Time Off and Paid Holidays Paid Vacation and Personal Days Employee Assistance Program Flexible Spending Account Tuition Reimbursement Employee Discount Programs Core Values "Equip" - Environment Quality Understanding Integrity People Application Process - This job is contingent upon satisfactory completion of reference checks, education verification, pre-employment drug screening, and a criminal history check.
