C&D Elite Ventures, Inc. are a Delivery Service Provider. We are looking for individuals who are team players, posses extraordinary customer service and interpersonal skills. Delivery associates will be responsible for delivering packages to customers' homes and business. This job is perfect for someone who is dependable, enjoys interacting with people, taking on daily challenges and who is proactive instead of reactive. Delivery associates must deliver products, goods, and parcels safely and efficient to designated locations within a set time frame. Ensures proper handling and delivery of sensitive materials with authorization if necessary and deliver high standards of customer care.

Delivery Associates Job Duties:

• Keeps accurate records of deliveries and customer authorization and ensure all documentation is submitted to management on time.
• Effectively use and maintain delivery equipment, including handheld devices
• May have to lift heavy products or parcels (dolly provided if needed)
• Drive safely and follow all laws and rules of driving to maintain a safe and healthy work environment
• Keep company vehicle clean and ensure it is well-maintained, has fuel, oil and is ready to drive.
• communicate with customers by phone to update them of time of deliveries if there have been issues or changes to their estimated time of arrival
• Follows pre-planned route accurately without deviation from set course
• Maintains communication with management to be informed of any change of delivery, route, or schedule
• Informs management of any obstructions to making safe, efficient deliveries on time

Delivery Associate Skills and Qualifications:

• Must be 21 years of age
• Must have a clean valid Driver's License and consent to a drug test
• Must be willing to commit to their schedule and one weekend day is required
• Excellent communication skills, positive attitude and enthusiastic
• Work under pressure, problem-solver, attention to detail and fast learner
• Weekly pay
