Job Description

Job Summary We are looking for a dependable, customer-focused Customer Service and Delivery Associate to join our team. This is a hands-on position that combines customer service, deliveries, and daily operations. •Customer First attitude is non-negotiable• We take pride in providing unmatched customer service. The ideal candidate enjoys working with customers, is comfortable operating equipment, and has experience or knowledge in animal feed, turf management, agriculture, landscaping, or a related field.
Key Responsibilities:
Load customer orders and prepare products for delivery. Make local deliveries safely and professionally. Operate a forklift and skid steer as needed. Load and unload trucks and maintain an organized, clean yard and warehouse. Safely handle and move products weighing up to 50 pounds. Assist with inventory, stocking, and general facility duties. Build positive relationships with customers and provide dependable service. Follow all company safety procedures and maintain a safe work environment.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in animal feed, turf management, agriculture, landscaping, or a similar industry is preferred. Customer service and/or sales experience is a plus. Valid driver's license and a safe driving record. Ability to operate to operate a forklift and skid steer. Comfortable working in a physically demanding, outdoor environment. Ability to regularly lift and carry 50-pound bags. Dependable, punctual, and willing to work as part of a team. Strong communication skills and a positive attitude. Willingness to learn our products and help customers make informed purchasing decisions. Must be 18 years of age or older.

Pay:
$15.00 - $18.00 per hour
