Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Landscaper to join our vibrant outdoor maintenance team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining beautiful, functional landscapes that enhance the natural environment and meet client expectations. Your expertise will help transform outdoor spaces through meticulous groundskeeping, landscaping, and hardscape installation, ensuring safety, sustainability, and aesthetic appeal. Responsibilities Perform landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, trimming, pruning, and edging to keep outdoor areas pristine and healthy. Operate groundskeeping equipment such as lawnmowers, power tools, irrigation systems, and snow plowing machinery safely and efficiently. Identify various plants, trees, shrubs, and flowers to ensure proper care and pest management. Apply pesticides responsibly following safety protocols to protect plants from pests and diseases. Conduct regular groundskeeping duties such as leaf removal, soil preparation, planting, fertilizing, and mulching to promote healthy growth. Adhere strictly to safety protocols during all outdoor work activities to prevent accidents or injuries. Assist with seasonal tasks such as snow plowing or winterizing landscapes as needed. Skills Strong mechanical knowledge of landscaping equipment and power tools for efficient operation and maintenance. Proven experience in landscape maintenance, gardening, groundskeeping, or related outdoor work roles preferred. Knowledge of plant identification, horticulture practices, and sustainable landscaping techniques preferred. Familiarity with pesticide management procedures following safety standards. Ability to follow detailed safety protocols while working outdoors in varying weather conditions. Strong attention to detail with a proactive approach toward grounds maintenance and landscaping projects.
