Warehouse/Delivery Driver

Fun Outdoor Living is a leader in premium outdoor wellness products including hot tubs, swim spas, saunas, cold plunges, and outdoor living installations. We operate multiple retail locations across the Charlotte market and are known for delivering a high-end customer experience from showroom to final installation. We are looking for a Delivery & Installation Specialist who takes pride in their work and understands that the job is not complete until everything looks right, works properly, and the customer is fully confident in the result. This is not a basic delivery position. This role requires mechanical ability, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver and install hot tubs, saunas, and outdoor living products Ensure proper placement, setup, and basic functionality Identify and resolve minor issues on-site (fit, finish, alignment, etc.) Maintain a clean and professional job site Communicate clearly and professionally with customers Work as part of a 3-4 person delivery team Coordinate with delivery manager and scheduling team

What We're Looking For:

Strong mechanical aptitude (construction, HVAC, automotive, or similar experience preferred) Ability to think ahead and solve problems in the field High attention to detail - no "patchwork" mindset Pride in clean, professional finished work Comfortable interacting with customers on-site Dependable and team-oriented Physically capable of handling large, heavy products

Requirements:

Valid driver's license with clean driving record Ability to lift and move heavy products as part of a team Consistent attendance and reliability
