Job Description

Overview We are seeking a dependable and safety-focused Class A CDL Delivery Driver to join our team. This position is responsible for delivering building materials and products to customer job sites while providing excellent customer service and maintaining safe driving practices. The ideal candidate is reliable, professional, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Safely operate Class A commercial vehicles in compliance with DOT regulations and company policies Deliver materials accurately and on time to customer locations Load, unload, and secure materials safely for transport Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections Maintain delivery paperwork, logs, and required documentation Communicate professionally with customers, dispatch, and team members Verify orders and delivery quantities before leaving the yard and upon delivery Assist customers with unloading when needed Maintain cleanliness and basic upkeep of the truck and trailer Follow all safety procedures and wear the required PPE Report vehicle maintenance concerns, accidents, or delays immediately Support yard or warehouse operations during downtime as needed Required Qualifications Valid Class A CDL license; no automatic restrictions Clean driving record and ability to meet insurance requirements Current DOT medical card Previous delivery driving experience preferred Forklift or Moffett experience preferred Ability to lift 50-100 pounds with assistance when necessary Strong work ethic and dependable attendance Good communication and customer service skills
Physical Requirements:
Frequent climbing, lifting, bending, and walking Ability to secure loads using straps, chains, and tarps Ability to enter and exit truck cab multiple times daily Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
Pay:
From $22.00 per hour
