We are seeking a motivated and dependable Delivery Associates to join our dynamic logistics team. In this role, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently delivering packages to customers, ensuring a positive experience with every interaction. Responsibilities Safely operate various delivery vehicles Load, unload, and secure packages using manual handling techniques Plan and follow efficient delivery routes to ensure timely arrivals while optimizing fuel consumption and vehicle usage Provide exceptional customer service by greeting recipients professionally, answering questions, and ensuring package accuracy during deliveries Conduct routine vehicle inspections before and after shifts to maintain safety standards and report any maintenance issues promptly Follow proper weight handling procedures in the workplace to prevent injury during manual lifting or moving heavy items Requirements Must be 21 years of age to apply Must have a valid driver's license (non probational) Ability to lift up to 50lbs and be comfortable with physical work which may include up to 200 stops per day Authorized to work in the United States of America Commercial driver's license (CDL) or driver certification is a plus Strong customer service skills with a professional attitude and excellent communication abilities Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Join us as a Delivery Associate if you're eager to deliver excellence every day!
