A Domino's Pizza Delivery Driver is responsible for delivering food orders to customers in a safe, timely, and friendly manner. The role also includes providing excellent customer service, handling payments, and assisting with in-store tasks when not making deliveries.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver pizza and other menu items to customers quickly and accurately. Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive attitude. Safely operate a personal or company vehicle while following all traffic laws. Collect cash, credit card, or digital payments and provide correct change when needed. Verify orders before leaving the store to ensure accuracy. Assist with food preparation, packaging, and order assembly. Perform cleaning duties, including sweeping, mopping, washing dishes, and sanitizing work areas. Restock supplies and maintain store cleanliness. Answer customer phone calls and take orders when needed. Follow all company policies, food safety, and sanitation standards.

Qualifications:

Must be at least 18 years old (age requirements may vary by state). Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Reliable vehicle with current insurance and registration. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Strong communication and customer service skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Basic math skills for handling payments.

Physical Requirements:

Stand, walk, and move for extended periods. Lift and carry up to 25-50 lbs (11-23 kg). Frequently enter and exit a vehicle during deliveries. Work in various weather conditions.

Preferred Skills:

Previous delivery or customer service experience. Time management and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
