Load and unload merchandise with proper lifting techniques to prevent injury, including heavy lifting when necessary. Communicate clearly with clients upon delivery, providing exceptional customer service and building lasting relationships. Upsell additional products or services when appropriate to enhance customer satisfaction and sales performance. Maintain accurate delivery logs, route documentation, and inventory records for organizational efficiency. Conduct routine vehicle inspections and report any maintenance issues promptly to ensure safety and compliance. Qualifications Proven experience in commercial driving, route driving, or retail store delivery roles is preferred. Strong knowledge of pricing strategies, merchandising, and basic math skills for accurate transactions. Excellent communication skills for client interaction and team coordination.
