Job Summary:

As a Delivery Associate (DA), you will be responsible for safely and efficiently delivering packages while maintaining a strong focus on safety, quality, and customer service. Routes typically begin around 10:00 AM and last approximately 9-10 hours. Each DA will operate a cargo van provided and maintained by our company. At Zephyr Mile Logistics, we believe in working as a team. You'll have a supportive crew and leadership alongside you each day, ready to provide guidance, answer questions, and help when needed. This position is a great fit for someone who enjoys staying active and being part of a high-performing team. Reliability, a strong work ethic, teamwork, and the willingness to ask for help when needed are essential to success in this role.

Qualifications:

No education required Must be at least 21 years old Driver's license and clean driving record required Must be able to lift and carry packages up to 50 lbs (though most packages are much lighter), get in and out of vehicle throughout shift, and climb stairs Must be able to pass eligibility requirements Must be able to use GPS and mobile tech Must be reliable and able to communicate needs and feedback Experience in delivery/driving work welcomed but not required
