Beer Delivery Driver & Warehouse Assistant $18-$20/hour | 30-40 hours/week | Tuesday-Friday Beer Tree Brew Co. is looking for a reliable Delivery Driver & Warehouse Assistant to join our Distribution team. This is a hands-on job for someone who enjoys being on the road, working independently, and doesn't mind a physical workday. Our drivers pick and load their own routes, operate a forklift, deliver beer throughout New York State, and help keep our warehouse organized. Our routes cover Buffalo, Rochester, Syracuse, the Finger Lakes, Watertown, the Capital Region, and our local market. Some route days can involve 300+ miles of driving. Schedule & Pay $18-$20/hour Approximately 30-40 hours per week Tuesday-Friday — 3-day weekend Start times typically between 5:30-7:00 AM End times vary based on the day's route What You'll Do Pick, prepare, and load your own delivery route Safely operate a forklift Load, strap, and secure cases and kegs Drive non-CDL delivery vehicles throughout New York State Deliver beer to bars, restaurants, retailers, and distribution partners Unload and move cases and kegs at each stop Collect empty keg shells Move product between Beer Tree locations Organize and maintain warehouse and cold-storage areas Keep delivery vehicles clean and organized Provide great customer service and represent Beer Tree professionally What We're Looking For Valid driver's license and clean driving record Comfortable with long-distance driving, including occasional 300+ mile days Able to safely handle full kegs, cases of beer, and other heavy equipment Dependable and comfortable with early mornings Able to work independently and manage a route efficiently Good communication and customer-service skills Willing to work hard and help wherever needed Delivery, warehouse, logistics, or beverage experience is a plus, but not required What to Expect This isn't just a driving job. You'll be responsible for your route from start to finish — picking orders, loading your vehicle, making deliveries, unloading product, collecting kegs, and returning to Beer Tree.
