Part-Time Retail Sales & Local Delivery Associate Xcluciv Barber Supply — CMJYLS Holdings Middletown, NY $18-$21 per hour Part-time | Approximately 20-30 hours per week Expected start date: August 25, 2026 Xcluciv Barber Supply is seeking a personable and dependable Retail Sales and Local Delivery Associate. This hybrid position combines storefront customer service, order preparation, inventory support, and scheduled deliveries to barbershops and local customers. A company vehicle will be used for authorized deliveries. Applicants must possess a valid driver's license and maintain an acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities:

Welcome customers and help them locate appropriate barber and beauty products Explain product features and make informed recommendations Process sales, pickups, and returns through the point-of-sale system Build relationships with local barbers, salons, and professional customers Prepare and verify local delivery orders Complete safe and timely deliveries using an authorized company vehicle Collect delivery confirmations and return required paperwork Stock shelves and maintain organized product displays Assist with receiving, inventory counts, packing, and general store operations Maintain the cleanliness and basic condition of the delivery vehicle Follow all safety, driving, and customer-service procedures

Qualifications:

Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record required Retail, customer service, barber-supply, beauty-supply, or delivery experience preferred Strong communication and customer-service skills Familiarity with barbering or beauty products is helpful Comfortable using point-of-sale and mobile navigation systems Dependable attendance and punctuality Able to lift and carry merchandise weighing up to 40 pounds Availability for some evenings and weekends
