Duties Safely operate your personal vehicle on the roads. Plan and execute efficient delivery routes, ensuring timely arrival at each destination while managing multiple stops throughout the day. Load, unload, and secure merchandise using proper lifting techniques to prevent injury, including heavy lifting and safe lifting practices. Communicate clearly with clients upon delivery, answer questions about products or services, and build positive customer relationships through friendly interaction. Conduct routine vehicle inspections, maintain accurate delivery logs and payments and report any issues or incidents promptly. Assist with merchandising at retail stores when needed, including product placement and inventory checks. Uphold company cleaning practices which includes sweeping and mopping the floors at night, picking up and putting down floor mats, and changing the garbage. Making pizza boxes and filling the soda cooler. Requirements Strong math skills for pricing calculations, inventory management, and route planning. Excellent communication skills for client interaction and team coordination. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while following proper procedures; physical stamina is essential. Organizational skills to manage schedules efficiently and keep accurate records of deliveries. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record desired.
