The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. As a CSR, you will be responsible for managing team performance, ensuring operational efficiency, and maintaining high standards of quality and service. Responsibilities Lead and motivate team members to achieve operational goals and provide excellent customer service. Train and develop staff to enhance their skills and performance, fostering a positive work environment. Assist the management team in daily operations, including inventory management, cash handling, and scheduling. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations while maintaining cleanliness and organization in the workplace. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction. Monitor food quality and presentation standards, ensuring that all products meet company guidelines. Utilize Aloha POS system for order processing and transaction management efficiently. Skills Proven experience in team management within a quick-service or fine dining restaurant setting. Strong leadership abilities with a focus on training development and staff motivation. Familiarity with cash handling procedures and financial transactions. Experience as an assistant manager or in a supervisory role is preferred. Knowledge of banquet operations is a plus. Ability to work effectively under pressure while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage positively with both customers and team members.
