Job Description
Ace One Inc. — FedEx Contracted Service Provider Lebanon, Ohio | Full-Time | 5 Days/Week | W-2 | Weekly Pay Are You the Person Everyone Can Count On? You show up when you say you will. You don't need someone standing over you to get things done. When something goes wrong, you figure out what to do next instead of looking for someone to blame. When you're coached, you listen, make the adjustment, and get better. And when the day gets difficult, you don't check out — you finish the job. If that sounds like you, we want to talk. Ace One Inc., a FedEx Contracted Service Provider, is hiring full-time FedEx Delivery Drivers operating from our Lebanon, Ohio terminal. We're not looking for perfect people. We're looking for people with the right attitude, strong work ethic, reliability, and sense of personal responsibility. What the Job Is Really Like As a FedEx Delivery Driver, you'll operate a delivery vehicle while delivering and picking up packages throughout an assigned service area. Most of your day is spent working independently. You'll have customers depending on you, delivery and pickup commitments to meet, safety procedures to follow, and occasional problems you'll need to solve. Some days will go smoothly. Other days you'll encounter heavy package volume, traffic, weather, difficult stops, route changes, or something else that wasn't in the plan. Being able to adapt, solve problems, and keep moving is part of the job. Who Does Well Here? You're reliable. When you're on the schedule, we're counting on you to be here. Dependable attendance is an essential part of this job. You take responsibility. Everyone makes mistakes. What matters is what happens next. Own it, communicate honestly, correct it, learn from it, and move forward. You're coachable. Constructive feedback is part of the job. Strong employees listen, make the adjustment, and get better. You take initiative. Once you're trained, we expect you to think, make reasonable decisions, and solve ordinary problems without needing someone to walk you through every step. You can handle adversity. A difficult route, heavy workload, traffic, weather, or frustrating morning doesn't derail your entire day. You regroup and keep moving. You work well independently. Nobody will be standing beside you for most of the day. We're looking for people we can trust to do the right thing even when nobody is watching. You finish what you start. When the day is harder than expected, you keep working and get the job done.
Pay & Earning Opportunity Full-Route Pay:
$160-$170+/Day + Additional Earning Opportunities Once fully trained, drivers who maintain dependable attendance and meet performance expectations typically earn $160/day or more . Newer drivers generally begin on residential routes while learning the job and developing the skills necessary to independently manage a route. Drivers who demonstrate strong reliability and the ability to successfully handle more complex routes — including business deliveries, scheduled pickups, and additional service responsibilities — can earn $170+/day . Additional earning opportunities are also available for higher route volume and additional workdays. Reliability, performance, and greater responsibility create greater earning opportunity. Complete details of our compensation and performance incentive program are reviewed during the hiring process. Schedule & Opportunity to Advance This is a full-time position working 5 days per week . New drivers typically begin on residential routes and generally work 4 weekdays and 1 weekend day . As drivers gain experience and demonstrate the reliability and ability necessary to handle more complex business routes, Monday-Friday route opportunities may become available. Our Monday-Friday routes are generally assigned to experienced drivers because they include greater business delivery and pickup responsibilities. Start and finish times may vary based on daily package volume, route assignment, pickup commitments, traffic, and other operating conditions. Drivers must be available to complete their assigned route and daily responsibilities.Terminal Location:

But if you're dependable... If you take pride in your work... If you're willing to learn... If you can accept constructive criticism and become better because of it... If you solve problems instead of creating excuses... And if the people who know you would describe you as someone they can count on ... We want to meet you.
