Job Description Wondergrove is seeking a reliable and professional Cannabis Delivery Driver to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently delivering cannabis products to licensed dispensaries while ensuring compliance with all state regulations and company policies. This position also supports facility operations during periods of reduced delivery activity. Responsibilities Transport cannabis products to designated locations in a timely and professional manner. Build and prepare delivery orders by accurately selecting, verifying, and organizing products to ensure all deliveries are complete, compliant, and ready for transport. Verify delivery contents and obtain required signatures and documentation. Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation for compliance purposes. Coordinate delivery schedules and communicate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely deliveries. Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and report any issues. Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations. Follow all state and local cannabis delivery regulations, as well as company policies. Provide excellent customer service and represent Wondergrove in a professional manner. Assist with loading and unloading products as needed. Provide operational support within the facility during periods of reduced delivery activity, assisting with packaging, inventory, order fulfillment, and other operational tasks as directed by management. Maintain confidentiality and security of all cannabis products and company assets throughout the delivery process. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Must be at least 21 years of age and able to pass a background check as required by state law. Previous delivery experience preferred; experience in the cannabis industry is a plus. Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Comfortable handling and securing valuable cargo. Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks associated with loading, unloading, and facility support.
