Our Streets is a local nonprofit dedicated to providing resources for underserved communities. We primarily serve people experiencing housing and food insecurity through our meal program. We have two commercial kitchens where hundreds of meals are prepared every day of the week to be delivered to shelters in the Portland metro area.

We are looking a Delivery Driver who would deliver these meals as well as provide our kitchens with additional support in packaging and prepping for delivery.

3-4 shifts from 1pm-4:30pm, Fridays, Saturdays, & Sundays. (Ability to pick up more shifts when coverage is needed.)Able to work quickly and efficientlyAble to lift and carry large hot bags of food, up to 50 poundsAble to do miscellaneous tasks in a kitchen such as packaging meals, cleaning dishes and prepping food ingredients (no prior kitchen experience required)Access to a reliable vehicle that can hold several large hot bags of food at one timeReliable vehicleValid driver's license & insuranceGood driving recordUndergo a standard background check

Benefits:

$20/hour Accumulated PTO and sick pay in separate balances.

Mileage reimbursement for the duration of all deliveries, $0.60/mile
