Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Delivery Driver to join our team. As a Delivery Driver, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently transporting goods to customers' locations. You will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service and timely deliveries.

Duties:

• Safely operate a variety of vehicles, including vans, tractor-trailers, and refrigerated trailers
• Load and unload goods from the vehicle
• Plan and follow the most efficient routes for timely deliveries
• Provide exceptional customer service during deliveries
• Maintain accurate delivery records and obtain necessary signatures or proof of delivery
• Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintenance checks
• Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations
• Collaborate with warehouse staff to ensure accurate order fulfillment

Qualifications:

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Proven experience as a Delivery Driver or in a similar role
• Excellent knowledge of local traffic laws and routes
• Ability to navigate using GPS or other navigation systems
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
• Ability to handle heavy lifting and physical demands of the job
• Experience with route driving or courier services is preferred
• Commercial driving experience is a plus
• Drug test and background screening at time of hiring.

Skills:

• Moving:

  Ability to safely load, unload, and transport goods.

  Experience operating tractor-trailers for long-haul deliveries.

• Warehouse:

  Collaborate with warehouse staff for accurate order fulfillment.

• Route Driving:

  Experience planning efficient routes for timely deliveries.

• Courier:

  Familiarity with courier services and delivery operations.
