Our Hazleton delivery operation is growing , and we're adding full-time drivers to our team. You'll operate a company-provided van, follow a scheduled route, and help deliver packages to homes and businesses throughout the region. We'll provide the vehicle, technology, training, and support. You bring the reliability and willingness to get the job done.

THE BASICS

Starting Pay:

$24.75 Per Hour Full-time employment 40+ hours available weekly Typical shift: 10:30 AM - 8:30 PM Overtime paid after 40 hours Weekly direct deposit Paid training and onboarding Performance-based incentive opportunities

YOUR OFFICE HAS FOUR WHEELS

Once you're trained and prepared for the day, you're trusted to get out there and complete your route. That means less time standing around and more time moving.

You'll:

Operate a company-provided delivery van Complete residential and commercial deliveries Follow an assigned route using provided navigation technology Enter and exit the vehicle throughout the workday Organize and handle packages efficiently Provide professional service at delivery locations Stay connected with the operations team when assistance is needed Follow established driving and workplace safety procedures

WE PROVIDE WHAT YOU NEED

You won't be making deliveries with your personal vehicle.

We provide:

Company delivery van Navigation and route technology Delivery equipment Paid training Operational support throughout the day No CDL is required.

WHO DOES WELL HERE?

The best delivery drivers don't necessarily come from other delivery companies. We've found that people who are accustomed to staying busy, working responsibly, and managing their time can transition well into this type of work. Applicants from warehouse, manufacturing, retail, restaurants, hospitality, construction, landscaping, transportation, customer service, and other active occupations are encouraged to apply. Previous delivery experience is helpful, but it is not required .

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

At least 21 years of age and 3 years driving experience Valid driver's license Dependable attendance and punctuality Safe and responsible driving habits Ability to work independently Professional communication Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions Ability to safely lift and handle packages weighing up to 50 lbs when required
