  • Early Mornings | Side Hustle We are looking for a few reliable backup/on-call delivery drivers interested in earning extra money by covering local delivery routes as needed.
This is a great side hustle for someone who already has a regular job, is retired, works a flexible schedule, or simply wants occasional extra income. Schedule Routes generally begin around 5:00 AM and are typically completed by 11:00 AM-12:00 PM . We primarily need drivers who can occasionally cover: Vacations Call-offs Open routes Saturday and Sunday routes There is potential for a steady weekend route for the right person. This is not a position where you are expected to be available every day. We are looking to build a dependable group of drivers we can contact when routes need coverage.
Delivery Areas Routes may include:
South Hills of Pittsburgh Westmoreland County Burgettstown / Western Washington County Morgantown Drivers may be trained on more than one route depending on availability and business needs. What You'll Do Pick up a loaded delivery truck at our bakery location in McKees Rocks, PA Deliver bakery products to established customers (grocery stores/convenience stores/restaurants) Follow an established delivery route Load/unload products as needed and report inventory to route manager Handle delivery paperwork accurately and leave in vehicle for route manager Requirements Valid driver's license and good driving record Dependable and punctual Strong communication skills Comfortable starting early in the morning Able to lift up to 40 lbs Comfortable driving a delivery vehicle Able to work independently Delivery truck is provided. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking for flexible early-morning work and extra income without committing to a traditional full-time schedule. Pay is commission based on what is delivered each day.
