Pay Rate:
$17.00 /Hour Valid Driver's License:
Candidates must possess a valid driver's license in accordance with the AU Driver Policy Requirements (C123). Candidates must also hold a valid driver's license specific to the job state (C124). Access Control/Badge Experience (B201): Candidates should have prior experience with access control systems and badge management. Alarm Panel Experience (B202): Familiarity with alarm panel systems is required for relevant positions. Comfortable Using Computer or Tablet (B204): Candidates must demonstrate proficiency in using computers or tablets for job-related tasks. CPR Certification (B205): A valid CPR certification is mandatory for positions that require emergency response capabilities. Customer Service Experience (B219): Candidates should have a background in customer service, showcasing their ability to interact effectively with clients and customers. Loss Prevention (B210): Experience in loss prevention strategies and practices is preferred for applicable roles.Job Schedule:

Fixed-Shift Commitment ("Anchor Shifts"): You will be hired for a designated site and weekly shift that serves as your reliable base schedule. This assignment requires a six (6) month commitment.Earn More, Claim-A-Shift Program:
In addition to your fixed shift, you may pick-up extra shifts through our scheduling platform, allowing you to increase earnings and gain experience across multiple sites. Work part-time hours this week and full-time the next. It's all up to you. This role is ideal for candidates seeking part-time employment with flexibility, income stability, and opportunities to build-up to a full-time schedule of up to 40 hours per week; always with the option to scale back when needed.Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to clients, visitors, drivers, and employees while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of warehouse, loading dock, trailer yard, parking, access points, and perimeter areas to help deter unauthorized activity and report unusual conditions. Monitor access to the distribution location, verify visitor and driver authorization, and maintain accurate logs for deliveries, departures, and other site activity. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns to appropriate site contacts and/or emergency responders. Complete required reports and communicate observations involving damaged property, access concerns, or other security-related issues.Minimum Requirements:
A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Loss prevention experience is preferred. Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
