Muth Electric is hiring a Jobsite Delivery Driver to take materials from our shop in Box Elder to our various jobsite locations. This will require the driver to have a clean driving record and background check, as well as an ability to get clearance for the base. Driver will be responsible for picking up goods and materials, verify loads for accuracy, and deliver them as instructed. Load and unload cargo. Responsible for basic vehicle maintenance; comply with all safe work practices, policies, and processes at all times. Complete and verify paperwork for accuracy.
Position Responsibilities:
Ability to get into all job site locations that require background checks Follow all applicable traffic laws Secure cargo for transport, using ropes, blocks, chains, or covers Transport packages to and from destinations. Arrive at destinations on schedule. Fulfill administrative needs, like office pickups. Research and plan for traffic, construction and weather delays. Use navigation applications to determine the best route. Willingness and ability to drive with a Gooseneck or Flatbed Ability to pull trailers. Must be able to operate a forklift.
