Flexible / As Needed About Riverside Surgical Riverside Surgical, LLC is a Chattanooga-based medical equipment company specializing in C-arm imaging equipment. We sell, rent, service, deliver, and pick up C-arms and related medical equipment for hospitals, surgery centers, physician offices, medical training facilities, and other healthcare customers. We are looking for a dependable, professional Part-Time Delivery Driver / Medical Equipment Assistant to help with the delivery and pickup of C-arms and other medical equipment. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys being on the road, working independently, interacting professionally with healthcare customers, and occasionally assisting our team with equipment handling and basic warehouse or biomedical-related tasks. Responsibilities Deliver and pick up C-arms and other medical equipment Safely load, secure, transport, and unload medical equipment Assist with moving equipment into hospitals, surgery centers, physician offices, and training facilities Maintain a professional appearance and attitude when interacting with customers Inspect equipment during pickup and delivery for obvious damage or missing components Assist with basic warehouse duties when needed Help clean, organize, and prepare equipment for delivery Communicate effectively with Riverside Surgical staff regarding deliveries, pickups, scheduling, and customer needs Occasionally assist with longer-distance deliveries as needed Requirements Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to pass a background check Reliable and responsible Flexible schedule and willingness to work on an as-needed basis Professional, clean appearance Good communication and customer-service skills Comfortable driving for extended periods when necessary Ability to safely lift 50+ pounds and assist with moving larger medical equipment Able to work independently and take responsibility for valuable medical equipment Must be punctual and dependable Preferred Qualifications Medical experience is not required , but any of the following would be a strong plus: Biomedical equipment or biomedical technician experience Medical equipment delivery or service experience Hospital, operating room, radiology, or surgical experience Radiologic technologist or medical technician background Experience working with C-arms, X-ray equipment, or other imaging equipment Mechanical or technical aptitude Previous delivery, logistics, or warehouse experience What We're Looking For The right person will be energetic, dependable, professional, and flexible . Because many of our deliveries involve expensive medical imaging equipment and healthcare facilities, we need someone we can trust to represent Riverside Surgical professionally and handle equipment carefully. This is a part-time position , and hours may vary depending on our delivery and pickup schedule. Flexibility is important. There may also be opportunities for additional responsibilities for someone with a biomedical, medical equipment, mechanical, or technical background.
