SERVICE-FOCUSED NON CDL ROUTE DELIVERY DRIVER
Your customer service skills drive growth for your customers! Dedicated Store Deliveries (DSD), a division of Ascend, is offering a unique opportunity for individuals who want to combine the stability of a delivery route, servicing an international donut retailer, with the chance to use or develop business management skills. As a non CDL Route Owner/Service Delivery Driver, you'll take ownership of a regular daily route, manage client relationships, and handle key business functions like inventory control and billing. With this opportunity, the non CDL Route Delivery Driver can enjoy more flexibility during the day. By owning your service route, you start mornings with a consistent schedule and finish early in the day. This is an ideal position for someone who values stability, enjoys building client relationships, and is looking for a career with a focus on service and business management. While driving is part of the job, your primary responsibilities will include managing your route, overseeing inventory, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Why Choose This Opportunity?
Starting Pay :
$18.00/hour
Top Pay :
$20.00/hour $.50 pay raise every 6 months for first 24 months! Predictable weekly schedule - Overtime Available! Multiple openings, routes adjust so flexibility is key:
Full Time:
5 day work weeks
Part Time:

Own the success of your route—deliver the right products, at the right time, in the right way. Build lasting relationships—be the go-to partner for your customers, ensuring top-notch service. Maximize sales & inventory control—merchandise strategically, manage stock, and drive results. Process billing & reporting—keep operations seamless and accurate. Deliver with purpose—yes, you drive, but the real job is making sure customers are taken care of. Who is the Right Fit? Non CDL Route Delivery Driver Requirements :
