AM What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to retail location personnel, customers, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities. Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, coordinating with store leadership and emergency responders as needed. Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout the retail location, parking areas, loading areas, and perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns. Monitor access points, observe customer and employee activity, and report suspicious behavior, hazards, and policy violations according to site procedures. Complete accurate reports and maintain required documentation for incidents, patrols, and other security-related activities.

Minimum Requirements:

Possess at least 3 years of combined law enforcement, corrections, or military experience, or at least 5 years of armed security-related experience. A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Possess a Level III Armed Certification in Texas only. Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Participate in industry-specific security training programs. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
