Responsibilities Safely operate personal vehicles, adhering strictly to traffic regulations and DOT (Department of Transportation) standards. Navigate route driving efficiently using mobile devices for directions, ensuring timely deliveries across designated areas. Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers professionally, answering questions, and ensuring their satisfaction upon delivery. Maintain accurate delivery logs, complete shift reports, and document any incidents or delays during routes. Follow safe lifting practices when handling heavy or bulky items to prevent injuries. Perform routine vehicle inspections before each shift to ensure safety and compliance with company policies. Experience Previous delivery driver experience preferred, especially with courier or food delivery services. Demonstrated ability to adhere to traffic laws, DOT regulations, and safe lifting practices in a fast-paced environment. Strong customer service skills with a friendly attitude and professional demeanor. Ability to manage multiple deliveries efficiently while maintaining safety standards throughout the shift.
