Independent Contractor Delivery Driver — Walmart & DeCA Commissary Routes OnPoint is a veteran-founded logistics technology company supporting secure, reliable grocery delivery for local families and military communities. We are expanding app-based delivery opportunities in the Dumfries and MCB Quantico area.

ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

OnPoint is onboarding independent contractor delivery drivers for grocery deliveries on and off the military installation. Orders are packed and staged for pickup before the driver arrives. Contractors use a mobile delivery app for navigation, delivery-status updates, and proof of delivery.

Delivery opportunities may include:

Walmart off-installation deliveries — no military installation access credential is required. Walmart on-installation deliveries — current credentialed access to MCB Quantico is required for these routes. DeCA Commissary deliveries — current credentialed access to MCB Quantico is required for these routes.

BASE ACCESS

Current installation access is not required to apply or to complete off-installation deliveries. Applicants who already have current credentialed access will receive priority consideration for on-installation opportunities. Applicants without current access may still apply. Consideration for access sponsorship or processing depends on eligibility and availability, and all access decisions are made by the applicable installation authority. Access is not guaranteed. Requirements may include REAL ID-compliant identification or another acceptable form of ID, background screening, and any other standards required by the installation.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Pick up grocery and/or general merchandise orders that have already been packed and staged by Walmart or the commissary. Verify, load, transport, and deliver orders safely and accurately. Use the delivery app for navigation, status updates, and proof of delivery. Communicate professionally with store personnel, customers, and OnPoint support. Follow traffic laws and all applicable store, delivery, and installation procedures.

BASIC REQUIREMENTS

Valid driver's license. Reliable vehicle and current auto insurance. Smartphone with active data service. Ability to lift and carry grocery bags a reasonable distance. Ability to complete deliveries safely, professionally, and accurately. Ability to complete applicable onboarding, identity, and document-verification requirements.

COMPENSATION

$1.00 per paid mile, with a $5.00 minimum per route, plus 100% of customer tips. This is an independent contractor opportunity. Delivery availability, routes, miles, and earnings may vary; no minimum number of deliveries or hours is guaranteed.
