Non-CDL vehicles only Job Overview We are looking for a dependable, hard-working Delivery Driver who takes pride in doing excellent work. This is not just a driving job. You will be one of the main faces of our company to our customers, and the way you show up matters. Our delivery team plays a vital role in making sure our breads arrive safely, accurately, and on time. We are looking for someone who is responsible, organized, trustworthy, and able to work independently without needing constant supervision. The right person for this role will care about doing the job well, serving customers with a good attitude, and being part of a team that values excellence, accountability, and reliability. What You'll Do Safely operate non-CDL company vehicles, including box trucks and trailers Load and unload bread and other products carefully and efficiently Plan and follow efficient delivery routes Make deliveries on time and with accuracy Verify orders before and during delivery to ensure customers receive the correct products Represent the company well through friendly, professional customer service Keep the delivery vehicle clean, organized, and ready for use Follow all traffic laws, safety expectations, and company procedures Communicate clearly with the team when issues or changes come up Take ownership of the route and solve problems responsibly when needed Maintain daily safety precheck of vehicle What We're Looking For We are looking for someone who is more than just technically qualified. Reliable and consistent Honest and trustworthy Self-motivated and able to work independently Organized and detail-oriented Calm under pressure Friendly and professional with customers Willing to work hard and do the job right A good communicator Someone who takes responsibility instead of making excuses Able to find solutions to fix problems Experience Preferred Previous delivery driving experience Route driving experience Experience driving box trucks and/or pulling trailers Experience loading and unloading product Familiarity with navigation systems and route planning Manual transmission experience is helpful Warehouse or food delivery experience is a plus Requirements Strong driving skills Ability to lift, load, and unload product Ability to stay organized and on schedule Ability to verify orders accurately Ability to work the scheduled days: Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday Current driver's license (Non-CDL) Employment is contingent upon a clean driving record and successful completion of a post-offer background check, as permitted by law Why Join Us?
