About the Role Green Beard & Co. is looking for an energetic, reliable, and personable Delivery Driver to join our team. This role is the face of our brand on the road and on the retail floor — you'll be responsible for delivering our products to retail partners across the greater Kitsap and Seattle areas while also representing Green Beard & Co. directly to customers at in-store vendor events. Key Responsibilities Conduct timely and professional product deliveries to licensed retail cannabis stores throughout the Kitsap Peninsula and greater Seattle area Collect payments from retail accounts in full compliance with Washington State Liquor and Cannabis Board (LCB) regulations Maintain accurate delivery records, receipts, and chain-of-custody documentation in accordance with LCB requirements Represent Green Beard & Co. professionally at all times — in transit and at store locations Build, foster and maintain relationships with employees of the retail stores. Help to answer questions, address issues with orders, and communicate product reviews with the sales team. Report any delivery issues, discrepancies, or compliance concerns to management promptly Requirements Valid Washington State driver's license with a clean driving record Must be 21 years of age or older (required by Washington State cannabis regulations) Comfortable driving in the greater Puget Sound region, including ferry routes if applicable Strong interpersonal and communication skills — you'll be representing the brand face-to-face with customers and retail staff Ability to lift and carry product deliveries (up to 50lbs) Reliable, punctual, and self-directed — this role involves significant independent work on the road Familiarity with LCB compliance standards is a plus; training will be provided What We Offer Starting pay of $18.00/hour Pay review eligibility after 90 days A chance to grow with a dynamic cannabis cultivation and production company rooted in the Pacific Northwest Hands-on experience in cannabis retail relationships and brand representation
