About us Jim's Pacific Garages, Inc. has been in business for over 40 years, we are a locally owned independent Freightliner and Western Star Truck dealership providing Parts, Service, and Sales departments to our customers. We have a high volume parts department selling to customers all over the area and we provide delivery service to fit our customers needs. Duties of the Delivery driver include but are not limited to: Making on time scheduled local deliveries and pickups, as well as shuttling customers to and from hotels as needed. Monitoring showroom, restocking, general daily cleanup (sweeping, mopping, dusting, etc..) assisting with Inventory control, counting bins, adjusting/cleaning shelves and relocating parts when needed. Any other tasks as assigned by the Parts Manager Previous experience in a dealership setting is preferred but not a requirement. Knowledge of and a general sense of whereabouts of the local area is required. previous warehousing or delivery experience is preferred.
Skills needed to be successful:
include being organized and a detail orientated person, you must be willing to get your hands dirty and must be able to lift at least 50lbs repeatedly The following are

to be considered for the position: Must have a clean driving record (a Clean record would consist of no more than 1 traffic ticket in the last 3 years) Must be willing to present your Drivers abstract at the interview stage if invited Must be able to pass drug screen to be considered for employment Summary As a Truck Parts Delivery Driver, you will be integral to our dealership's operations, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of parts to our customers. Reporting to the Logistics Manager, you will leverage your core skills in driving and heavy lifting to navigate routes safely while handling deliveries. Your premium customer service and warehouse experience will enhance client interactions and streamline processes. Additionally, relevant skills such as operating a forklift and managing load and unload tasks will support our commitment to excellence in service and reliability.
