Part-Time, Nonexempt | Not Benefit Eligible Milwaukee Eye Care Associates is looking for a dependable and responsible Part-Time Courier Driver to help keep our clinics connected and running smoothly. This position is responsible for scheduled pickups and deliveries between our Milwaukee-area clinic locations and, as needed, outside vendors. This is a great opportunity for someone looking for a consistent, part-time daytime schedule of approximately 12-15 hours per week . What You'll Do Pick up and deliver medical records, lab work, mail, supplies, and other materials between clinic locations and outside vendors. Follow an established courier route and delivery schedule. Complete supply drops, pickups, and occasional errands as assigned. Clearly communicate and document completed deliveries and any issues that arise. Maintain the cleanliness, fuel level, and basic upkeep of the company vehicle. Safely and responsibly operate a company vehicle. Assist with loading and unloading items being transported. Maintain confidentiality and professionalism when handling clinic materials and information. What We're Looking For Valid Wisconsin driver's license and a clean driving record. High school diploma or GED. Dependable and punctual — reliability is especially important in this role. Strong time-management and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and stay on schedule. Professional, courteous, and respectful when interacting with employees, patients, and vendors. Ability to safely lift and carry supplies and other items as needed. Comfortable driving between multiple clinic locations in varying weather conditions. Schedule Monday, Wednesday, and Friday 8:45 AM to approximately 1:00 PM End times may vary slightly depending on the courier route, clinic needs, traffic, and scheduled pickups or deliveries. This is a part-time position and is not eligible for benefits.
