BYCO is looking for a Jobsite Logistics & Delivery Specialist who takes pride in doing things right, enjoys working with their hands, and can think on their feet when conditions change. This is not a sit-behind-the-wheel-all-day delivery position. Our drivers are an important part of the jobsite operation. You'll drive local routes, frequently load and unload materials, work directly at active construction sites, and make sure the right products get where they need to be, safely and efficiently. Pay & Benefits $25/hour base pay Up to an additional $4/hour weekly bonus 401(k) Health insurance Dental insurance Company year-end profit sharing Advancement opportunities 1st-shift schedule Home every night No CDL required What You'll Do Drive & Deliver Safely operate company Isuzu NPR and U-Haul-style box trucks Utilize forklifts and electric pallet jacks to load and unload Complete local delivery routes and deliver materials safely and on time Navigate changing traffic, weather, construction, and jobsite conditions Communicate professionally with customers, contractors, and the BYCO team Ensure materials are properly secured during transport Load, Unload & Handle Materials Frequently load, unload, carry, push, pull, and stage construction materials Regularly lift materials weighing up to 80 lbs. Maneuver materials and equipment into the areas where they're needed Work around active construction sites and varying terrain Spend a significant portion of the workday on your feet and physically active Think on Your Feet Assess jobsite conditions and determine practical ways to complete deliveries safely Adapt when access, schedules, weather, traffic, or other conditions change Work independently and make sound decisions in the field Find prompt and practical solutions for problems Stay organized and prioritize tasks as delivery needs change Take Care of the Equipment Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections Inspect and properly secure loads before transport Keep the delivery vehicle and loading equipment clean and organized Report maintenance or safety concerns promptly What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who: Enjoys physical, hands-on work Likes staying busy and being on their feet Is dependable and takes punctuality seriously Can work independently without constant supervision Uses good judgment and can solve problems when plans change Communicates well with customers and coworkers Takes safety seriously Takes pride in getting the job done correctly Qualifications Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record Ability to safely operate forklifts, electric pallet jacks and an Isuzu NPR or similar box truck No CDL required Reliable attendance and punctuality Ability to follow safety procedures and company policies Ability to regularly lift, push, pull, and carry up to 80 lbs. Ability to frequently bend, reach, stand, walk, load, unload, and handle materials Report maintenance or safety concerns promptly Construction, delivery, warehouse, logistics, material-handling, or equipment experience is a plus Strong work ethic and willingness to learn are highly valued More Than a Job.
