We are seeking a reliable and experienced driver to join our team! Previous driving experience is not a requirement, as we provide comprehensive and on-hand training for those who are passionate and eager to learn. The successful candidate should be self-motivated, capable of working independently, and able to make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment, while effectively managing their time and responsibilities.

Position Requirements:

• Must be 23 years of age or older
• Valid Wisconsin Drivers License

Clean Driving Record Job Responsibility:

• Operating work vehicles in a safe and responsible manner, adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations.
• Driving for long and short periods of time throughout the Waukesha county and occasionally outside of the Waukesha County.
• Accurately navigate to and from client appointments, ensuring timely arrivals and departures.
• Pick up and drop off clients at scheduled medical appointments, aiding as needed.
• Properly load and secure wheelchair clients into vehicles following proper process of wheelchair securement.
• Responsible for collecting payments from clients accordingly to company policies and procedures.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip checks on vehicles to ensure they are in good working condition.
• Report any vehicle maintenance or operational issues to upper management promptly.
• Maintain vehicles in a clean and organized condition, both inside and out.
