Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and professional Delivery Driver to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for transporting goods and packages safely and efficiently to customers, businesses, and other locations. You will play a key role in ensuring timely deliveries and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Load, transport, and deliver items to clients or businesses in a safe, timely manner. Review orders before and after delivery to ensure accuracy. Provide excellent customer service, including handling inquiries and complaints professionally. Adhere to assigned routes and follow time schedules. Comply with all traffic laws and company safety regulations. Inspect delivery vehicles and report any issues or safety concerns. Assist with loading and unloading items as needed. Collect payments or obtain customer signatures when required. Maintain delivery logs and records using company-provided tools or apps.

Requirements:

Valid driver's license and a clean driving record. Proven experience as a delivery driver (preferred). Familiarity with GPS devices or navigation apps. Ability to lift packages up to [insert weight, e.g., 50 lbs]. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Good communication and interpersonal abilities. High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).

Preferred Qualifications:
