Job Summary We are seeking a reliable and dedicated Delivery Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting goods to various locations while ensuring timely and safe delivery. This role requires excellent customer service skills and the ability to handle heavy lifting and loading/unloading of products. A valid commercial driving license is preferred, along with experience in operating box trucks or vans. Responsibilities Safely operate delivery vehicles, including box trucks and vans, to transport goods to designated locations. Load and unload products efficiently, ensuring that items are secured and protected during transit. Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintenance checks to ensure safe operation. Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with clients during deliveries. Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation as required by company policies. Navigate routes effectively using GPS or maps to ensure timely deliveries. Assist in warehouse operations as needed, including inventory management and organization of goods. Skills Proficient in loading and unloading items, with experience in heavy lifting. Strong customer service skills to interact positively with clients and address any concerns. Familiarity with warehouse operations and procedures. Ability to operate manual transmission vehicles safely. Experience in commercial driving, particularly with box trucks or vans. Forklift operation experience is a plus but not mandatory. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively while on the road. Capable of moving products efficiently within tight schedules while adhering to safety regulations.
