The Role We're looking for a Graphic Designer and Customer Service Specialist to join our local print shop. If you enjoy helping customers bring their visions and ideas to life, we'd love to meet you! For over 60 years, Ideal Printing has been a trusted printing partner for businesses and organizations across the Madison area. We pair quality print with hands-on customer service, guiding customers every step of the way from project start to finish, from idea to execution.

What You'll Do Create and design a variety of marketing materials for both print and digital collateral including business cards, banners, brochures, signage, apparel, etc. Work directly with customers to understand their printing and design needs. Prepare print-ready files and ensure quality standards are met. Properly name and file all design files for seamless integration in our system. Utilize design software to make revisions (Adobe Creative Suite preferred). Maintain Ideal Printing's social media accounts with fun creative Greet customers, answer phones and email inquiries in a friendly and professional manner. Maintain an organized workspace and assist with general shop operations as needed. Other responsibilities as assigned.

Experience Bachelor's or Associate's Degree in Graphic Design (preferred). Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (especially InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop) Print production experience a plus - but not required. 2+ years of relevant work experience.
