The night crew chief is an important position within the store. Many customers make their decisions to shop at our store because of the quality and variety of our departments and specifically the many grocery items that we make available to them. This position is responsible for creating a well stocked and faced-up grocery department. This position is responsible for getting the product on the shelves for our customers to purchase. Our customers trust the safety of the products we sell. We must do everything to give them the right price and the right items when they want it. The night crew chief can make the difference by the way he or she does their job. We need to treat each individual like a guest in our home - with courtesy, friendliness and the respect that they deserve.
