Location Rutherford, NJ; This position will follow a hybrid work-from-home/office model with at least three days in the office weekly

Role Summary Responsible for the successful execution of the Vessel Close-Out (VCO) process at the Rutherford, NJ office, assisting the Manager in developing and implementing policies and prores to deliver an optimal level of service. Manage VCO functions, actively collaborating with all operational areas and key divisions to ensure containers meet all necessary requirements and successfully load their intended vessels. Provide direct supervision, leadership, and performance guidance to the VCO staff. Facilitate effective cross-functionalmunication and coordination across theanization.

Additional Responsibilities

Possessprehensive knowledge of reefer, dangerous goods (DG), breakbulk shipments, and over-dimensional cargo.

Provide direct supervision and ongoing coaching to the specialist team.

Maintain a solid understanding of export rail processes and logistics.

Ensure fullpliance with U.S. Customs requirements and regulatory standards.

Be accountable for direct reports, ensuring allpany policies are clearlymunicated and consistently followed.

Maintain availability for extended working hours and business travel as required.
