Mobile Lumber Millwork Plant, Bay Minette, Alabama 36507 Mobile Lumber is seeking to hire a Driver Assistant to help with local deliveries of millwork and building materials in Baldwin County, Mobile County and the NW Florida panhandle.
Requirements:
THIS POSITION REQUIRES PHYSICAL STRENGTH AND STAMINA.
Must be able to lift and carry up to 65 lbs on your own Must be able to lift/carry heavier weights with assistance Must be able to stand, walk, stoop, climb and kneel repeatedly Great attitude and ability to work well with others Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen
Responsibilities:
Assist with loading and unloading local deliveries at jobsites Walk path of vehicle at jobsites to determine best path for vehicle Direct driver onto and off of jobsites while spotting potential hazards Operate truck lift gates, hand trucks, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment Ensure cleanliness of jobsite prior to leaving Assist at warehouse as needed Represent Mobile Lumber in a professional, friendly and helpful manner Provide customers with a WOW customer service experience This is a full time position in an uncontrolled temperature environment up to 6 days per week.
