Aggregates Ready Mix Driver I About Us Heidelberg Materials is one of the world's largest suppliers of building materials. Heidelberg Materials North America operates over 450 locations across the U.S. and Canada with approximately 9,000 employees. What You'll Be Doing Safely operate a ready-mix truck to deliver concrete products to customer job sites. Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs. Provide excellent customer service while ensuring on-time and accurate deliveries. Operate truck-mounted equipment to load, unload, and deliver materials safely. Follow all company, DOT, and safety regulations while maintaining quality standards. What Are We Looking For Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with a safe driving record. Demonstrated commitment to safety, reliability, and responsible vehicle operation. Ability to perform equipment inspections and complete required documentation accurately. Strong customer service skills and ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members. Capability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing job site conditions. Conditions of Employment Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check. Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing. Work Environment Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
