We provide training, experienced staff and mentors, new assigned trucks, competitive income and give our drivers the freedom to chose a schedule that suits their work-life balance. This opportunity is designed for qualified CDL-school graduates ready to join our Eastern regional dry van fleet. Your Training Phase Earn $850 per week Train one-on-one with a mentor Complete paid orientation Build the skills needed for regional freight Receive weekly pay every Friday Training continues until you successfully complete the mentor program and are approved for solo driving. Once You Go Solo After training, you will move into your own assigned truck with expected earnings of $1,600
  • 1,800+ per week.
Your solo position includes:
Eastern regional routes No-touch dry van freight Weekly or bi-weekly home time available Company-paid tolls and fuel program Dispatch support available around the clock Pet and rider policies available Benefits From Day One Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance Paid holidays and paid time off 401(k) retirement plan Performance and safety bonus opportunities Program Eligibility Applicants must have a valid Class A CDL and at least 120 hours of instruction from an accredited CDL school.
