Responsibilities Safely operate box trucks, vans, or personal vehicles for delivery routes while complying with DOT (Department of Transportation) regulations and traffic laws Load and unload packages using manual handling techniques and material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and carts Deliver packages accurately and efficiently to residential and commercial customers, ensuring a positive customer experience Conduct routine vehicle inspections before and after routes to maintain safety standards and report any issues promptly Use mobile devices or GPS systems to navigate routes effectively and update delivery statuses in real-time Adhere to safe lifting practices when handling heavy or bulky items during warehouse operations or deliveries Maintain accurate records of deliveries, pickups, and vehicle maintenance logs Skills Proven delivery driver experience with a focus on customer service excellence Warehouse experience including material handling equipment operation such as pallet jacks and manual transmission vehicles Commercial driving skills with knowledge of route driving, heavy lifting, and safe manual handling practices Familiarity with warehouse operations, moving goods, and load & unload procedures Ability to adhere strictly to traffic regulations, DOT standards, and weight handling protocols in the workplace Strong communication skills for interacting professionally with customers and team members Experience operating mobile devices for navigation, delivery updates, and documentation Embark on a rewarding career where your driving skills make a difference!
