Role:
Waste Connections is looking to hire a dependable and safety-focused CDL Driver to join our team in Heber Springs, AR. In this role, you'll operate a Rearload Garbage Truck, servicing customers by collecting solid waste and transporting it to a local transfer station or landfill. This is a physically demanding position that requires working outdoors in all weather conditions. What You'll Do:
Safely operate a garbage truck on assigned residential or commercial routes Collect solid waste and transport loads to the designated disposal facility Perform routine pre- and post-trip inspections of your vehicle Communicate clearly with dispatch, customers, and teammates Maintain compliance with DOT and company safety standards
Requirements:
Valid Class A or B CDL Clean driving record 2+ years of CDL driving experience Why Join Waste Connections?
