Job Description
Iron Mountain is seeking a motivated Local Route Driver to join our Operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for safely operating CDL or Non-CDL vehicles, (depending on licensing and experience), and delivering exceptional customer service as you manage your assigned local route. This position is crucial for maintaining Iron Mountain's reputation for security and timely service to our clients. What You'll Do (Responsibilities) In this role, you will: Operate and maintain company CDL vehicles safely and efficiently to perform scheduled pickups and deliveries, ensuring all Department of Transportation (DOT) and Iron Mountain safety regulations are followed. Manage the end-to-end route logistics, including the secure loading, transport, and unloading of materials without assistance, while completing all necessary paperwork accurately and on time. Collaborate with dispatch, warehouse teams, and most importantly, clients, to address service needs and represent the Iron Mountain brand with strong customer service and professional conduct. What You'll Bring (Skills & Qualifications) The ideal candidate will have: 1 - 2 years of experience in route transportation or a similar field. Strong knowledge of safe driving practices, vehicle maintenance, and adherence to all local, state, and federal transport regulations (including DOT). Proven ability in customer service and verbal communication, as well as the physical ability to carry, lift, and maneuver materials as required by the role. A valid Class A/B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) or regular DL and a clean driving record. What We Offer (Benefits) Salary details:

$22.00-24.00 per hour, depending on licensing and experience (Schedule:
