Job Description
Work schedule is four 10 hour shifts per week, pay is bi-weekly. Starting pay for driver/labor is $17.00 an hour, pay is based on industry knowledge. We are a small, family owned company that has been servicing Tucson and the surrounding areas for over 18 years. We take pride in taking care of our employees. Raises are granted based upon performance, punctuality, and reliability. We are growing extremely rapidly and are looking for driven, loyal, and hard working individuals that are wanting to grow with us. This is a great opportunity to be able to move up the ladder as the company grows. As we grow we are also looking into offering benefits to our employees-- no time frame is promised and it is not currently available, but it is in the works. Other benefits may include customer tips, occasional overtime opportunity, and company sponsored gatherings such as fishing trips or barbecues. Must be able-bodied and punctual. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required. Prior experience preferred, but not required. We are happy to teach if you are eager to learn. Work will include but is not limited to: yard cleaning/maintenance, construction, and irrigation.' '
