Avondale, AZ Hourly Pay:
$18.50Schedule:
Monday through Friday, 4 to 5 days/week (based on route and business needs) Early morning start times. Role Summary As a Delivery Driver , you'll play an essential role in keeping our customers' businesses moving by delivering aftermarket automotive, RV, and marine parts safely and on time. You'll operate a company box truck, interact directly with customers, and represent Keystone through dependable service and professionalism. If you're a safety-conscious driver who enjoys being on the road, working independently, and providing great customer service, this is an opportunity to build a stable career with a consistent weekday schedule, competitive benefits, and opportunities to earn additional pay through performance-based increases. Position Highlights $1,000 Retention Bonus — $500 after 6 months and $500 after 12 months of continuous employment Performance-based hourly increases of up to $0.50/hour at 60 days, 6 months, and 1 year Consistent weekday schedule — no weekend work Company-provided vehicle with heat and A/C Full-time position with competitive benefits and opportunities for growth Be part of a team that values safety, customer service, teamwork, and reliability What You'll Do Safely operate a 15-foot or larger box truck to deliver automotive, RV, and marine parts and accessories Load, secure, transport, and unload products while following proper handling and safety procedures Provide friendly, professional service and serve as a positive representative of Keystone when interacting with customers Verify deliveries, communicate with dispatch and warehouse teams, and address routine delivery issues as needed Maintain a clean, organized vehicle and professional appearance Follow all applicable DOT regulations and company safety standards What We're Looking For Must be 21 years of age or older Valid driver's license At least 6 months of experience driving a 15-foot box truck or larger No motor vehicle violations within the past 24 months Ability to lift and handle freight weighing up to 75 pounds Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen Ability to pass a DOT physical examination Reliable, safety-conscious, and customer-focused approach to work Who We Are Keystone Automotive Operations, Inc. is North America's leading distributor of specialty automotive aftermarket, RV and marine parts and accessories.
