Job Description

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Sales/Route Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering products to our customers while providing exceptional customer service. This role requires strong organizational skills, effective communication, and the ability to sale products during interactions with clients. As a Sales/Route Driver, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining our company's reputation for quality service. Responsibilities Safely operate commercial vehicles to deliver products along designated routes. Ensure timely delivery of goods while adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations. Provide excellent customer service by interacting positively with clients during deliveries. Communicate effectively with customers regarding product offerings and promotions. Utilize organizational skills to manage delivery schedules and routes efficiently. Identify opportunities for upselling additional products or services during customer interactions. Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including inventory and pricing information. Address any customer inquiries or concerns professionally and promptly. Experience Previous experience in route driving or commercial driving is preferred. Strong customer service skills with a focus on building positive relationships with clients. Organizational abilities to manage multiple deliveries and maintain schedules effectively. Experience in sales or upselling is a plus, as well as the ability to communicate product value clearly. A valid commercial driver's license (CDL) may be required depending on the vehicle used for deliveries. A background in military service is valued but not mandatory; however, discipline and reliability are essential traits for this role.
