Position Summary ReadyWork Professionals is seeking a dependable and safety-focused Delivery Driver / Route Service Technician to support daily delivery, pickup, and service operations. This position is responsible for safely operating company vehicles, completing scheduled routes, transporting equipment and materials, communicating with customers, documenting deliveries, and assisting with installation and service needs. The ideal candidate will have strong driving experience, a clean DMV record, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. This role requires physical activity, including loading/unloading materials, operating equipment, and working outdoors in various conditions. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Safely operate company trucks, delivery vehicles, and equipment while following all traffic and safety regulations. Complete daily delivery and pickup routes according to scheduled assignments. Transport and deliver various products, equipment, supplies, sanitation units, fencing materials, and other company materials. Load, unload, secure, and inspect materials before and after transportation. Operate hydraulic lift gates and other equipment used for loading and unloading. Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and report any maintenance concerns. Maintain accurate route documentation, including: Delivery and pickup records Customer information Times and stops completed Inventory of materials delivered or removed Photos and documentation of completed work or damaged equipment Communicate professionally with customers, dispatch, and office personnel. Install, repair, remove, and service equipment as needed. Measure and document installation areas using proper tools and equipment. Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and regulatory requirements. Maintain security procedures when transporting sensitive materials or products. Perform additional duties as assigned. Required Qualifications Valid Class C Driver's License. Clean DMV driving record. Minimum of 1 year experience operating larger vehicles, delivery trucks, or commercial vehicles. Must be able to safely operate company vehicles. Strong driving skills with excellent attention to safety. Must be dependable, punctual, and able to work independently. Strong communication and customer service skills. Ability to follow routes, schedules, and detailed instructions. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with time-sensitive deliveries. Must be able to pass a background check. Must be willing to work occasional weekends based on business needs. Must be 25 years of age or older. Preferred Qualifications Experience with delivery routes, logistics, or service technician work. Experience operating box trucks, reefer trucks, delivery vans, or similar vehicles. Experience with sanitation equipment, fencing materials, construction supplies, or warehouse materials. Experience using GPS, tablets, route management systems, or delivery applications. Experience with installation, repairs, or equipment servicing. Physical Requirements Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, crouch, climb, and work on uneven surfaces. Ability to safely enter and exit trucks throughout the workday. Ability to climb onto truck beds and use ladders or step equipment. Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry materials weighing up to 50 lbs regularly and up to 120 lbs occasionally. Ability to handle materials such as: Sanitation equipment Sinks and portable units Fencing panels and posts Supplies and tools Other delivered materials Ability to work outdoors in changing weather conditions. Comfortable working in environments with varying temperatures, humidity, moisture, and refrigerated conditions. Work Environment Outdoor and on-site work environment. Frequent driving between customer locations, company facilities, and job sites. May work around construction areas, warehouses, greenhouses, and delivery locations. Must be comfortable working in physically demanding environments. Pay:

From $23.00 per hour Application Question(s): Do you have a valid Class C Driver's License or higher? Do you have a clean driving record and are you comfortable providing a DMV report if required?
