You've got a lane Southern California up through Oregon, into Portland, across Washington, and into Idaho. You know your route, you know your customers, and every other week you're pulling back into your driveway with the same truck you left in. That's the setup here. Consistent West Coast regional miles, no-touch dry van, and 60% drop and hook so you're not burning time waiting at docks.
WHAT YOUR WEEK LOOKS LIKE 2,100

WHAT YOU'RE EARNING
Average weekly gross: $1,200 to $1,500 paid direct deposit Monthly bonus up to $0.08 CPM for fuel, safety, and performance Paid orientation before you ever turn a wheel Full benefits after 30 days: medical, dental, 401K, and PTO Detention, layover, and extra stop pay your time is compensated
YOUR EQUIPMENT
2022 and newer Freightliner, Kenworth T680, and International Automatic transmissions, APU on every truck 24-hour dispatch backing you up on the road
GOT YOUR CDL-A AND JUST FINISHED SCHOOL?
WE
WANT TO HEAR FROM YOU. 120
hours from an accredited school gets you in the door 4 to 6-week paid training program at $650 per week Regional and OTR training format home every other week during training Rider and pet policy available as soon as training wraps
REQUIREMENTS
Must be 21 with a valid Class A CDL Clean record: no major accidents, tickets, or suspensions in the past 5 years No safety-related terminations from prior employment Solid 10-year work history (school or training gaps are fine) No DUI/DWI, felonies, or misdemeanors in the last 10 years Pre-employment urine and hair follicle drug screen required If you're tired of running blind across the country and want a real lane with real home time, apply today.
