Full Job Description Shift Requirement:
Friday
•Tuesday, 9:00 AM
•5:30 PM (Wednesdays and Thursdays off). Weekends are required for this position. Weekend Bonus Pay Available! Paws into Grace is seeking a driver for our growing pet aftercare operations in Escondido, California. Since 2007, Paws into Grace has been supporting families in all aspects of the end-of-life process. We collaborate with primary care veterinarians and specialists to provide in-home options for palliative care and end-of-life services. What Makes Us Different? We are a creative, growing team that continually strives to improve the way we care for our Paws pets and team. We are continuously growing and providing room for advancement.
Essential Responsibilities:
Ability to lift 75 pounds unassisted. Valid driver's license, held for at least 9 years. Ability to drive and pick up deceased pets at various locations, including veterinary practices and homes. Clean driving record. Providing caring, professional service to pet parents, veterinarians, team members, and veterinary hospitals. Returning cremains to pet families. Ensuring timely, professional communication with Paws' clients, veterinarians, and team. Assisting our aftercare technicians with processing of the pets.
Non-Essential Responsibilities:
Conducting urn inventories. Warehouse cleanliness. Packaging cremains for return to clients.
Details and Qualifications:
Part-time and full-time positions available. Must have a valid driver's license. Must be able to lift 100 to 150 pounds with assistance.
